Cancellation policy

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days, without specifying reasons. The cancellation period amounts to fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party (who is not the carrier) nominated by you has taken possession of the goods.

about your decision to cancel this contract, by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, a fax, or an e-mail). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.

You can also complete and send the sample cancellation form or another unequivocal statement electronically on our website. If you avail of this option, then we will immediately send you (e.g. by e-mail) a confirmation of the receipt of such a cancellation.

For compliance with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that the communication about exercising the right of cancellation is sent by you before the expiry of the cancellation period.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, then immediately, and at the latest within fourteen days from the day that we received your cancellation of this contract, we shall refund to you all payments which we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery different from the cheapest standard delivery which we offer). For this refund, we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something to the contrary was specifically agreed with you; under no circumstances are you charged fees because of this refund.

We can refuse to make a refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof of having returned the goods, depending on whichever is the earlier.

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us immediately, and in any case at the latest within fourteen days from the day that you inform us about the cancellation of this contract. The period is complied with if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

We bear the costs of returning the goods.

You are liable for a potential loss in value of the goods only if this loss in value is caused by handling of the goods which is not necessary for checking their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

End of the cancellation policy

Exclusion of right of cancellation:

Exclusion of right of cancellation: Unless the parties have agreed something to the contrary, the right of cancellation does not exist for deliveries of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or provision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the specific personal needs of the consumer, and the right also does not exist for contracts for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.
