§ 3 Contractual object and conclusion of the contract
Please refer to the product description for the essential features of the goods sold by us. Please note that an independent contract is created for every single item, even if you order multiple articles during one ordering process. The ordering process is initiated when you select the desired product, quantity, and size (where applicable), and you click the “Add to Shopping Basket” button. In the window which then opens you can continue the ordering process by clicking the “Go to Shopping Basket” button (described below in § 3.1), browse further in our online shop and add further goods to the shopping basket by repeating the step described, or else continue the ordering process via the service provider “Amazon Pay” (described below in § 3.2) or via “Pay Pal Express” (described below in § 3.3).
After clicking the link “Add to Shopping Basket”, you can view your shopping basket in the window and either “Continue Shopping” or else continue the ordering process via the link “Go to Shopping Basket”. On the next page you can modify the order quantity or remove a product from the shopping basket by using the “Remove Article” button; here you can also enter your voucher code, where applicable. After this, please click the “Go to Checkout” button. If you are already a customer, then in the next step you can log in using your data which we store, or register with us as a new customer, or continue the ordering process without registering. Please click the corresponding button, and on the next page enter the data required for a new registration or for an order without registering, or (if necessary) a delivery address which differs from the invoice address. Please then click the link “Continue to Payment Type”. Please then enter the payment type and press the “Continue to Shipping” button. Please enter the shipping method here, and then click “Continue to Summary”. On the next page you can order our newsletter by clicking the corresponding box; here please note our General Terms and Conditions, and take note of the cancellation policy, the legal information, and the privacy statement. Check the data and selected articles that you have entered and, if necessary, correct them using the “Modify” link. To conclude the ordering process, please click the “Confirm Order” button. Your order represents a proposal to conclude the purchase contract. Once your order is sent, confirmation of its receipt, together with its acceptance, takes place immediately via automated e-mail. Through this e-mail confirmation the purchase contract becomes effective.
2. Conclusion of the contract via Amazon PayAfter clicking the “Amazon Pay” button, you are transferred to a web page of the payment service provider Amazon. Here please enter your e-mail address and password saved by Amazon, or create a new Amazon account as per the requirements of the payment service provider, and click the “Continue (via the Security Server)” button. On the next page, please select an address from the Amazon address book, or modify your address using the “Edit Address” link. Please then press the “Continue to Payment Type” button to continue. Please enter the payment type and click the “Continue to Shipping” link. Select the shipping method and click the “Continue to Summary” button. On the next page you can order our newsletter by clicking the corresponding box; here please note our General Terms and Conditions, and take note of the cancellation policy, the legal information, and the privacy statement. Check the information and the selected articles that you have entered. To conclude the ordering process, please click the “Confirm Order” button. 3. Conclusion of the contract via PayPal Express
After clicking the “Direct to PayPal” button, you are transferred to a web page of the payment service provider PayPal. Here, please enter the information required by the payment service provider or if necessary check the information you provided to the payment service provider. You are then returned to our online shop. Here you can order our newsletter by clicking the corresponding box; for this, please note our General Terms and Conditions and take note of the cancellation policy, the legal information, and the privacy statement. Check the information and the selected articles that you have entered. To conclude the ordering process, please click the “Confirm Order” button. § 4 Correction of incorrect entries
In the course of ordering, and before submission of his/her contract declaration, the customer is presented with a summary of the information which he/she has provided, so that any incorrect entries can be recognised. If an error exists, then by using the browser’s “Back” button or by clicking the “Edit” link on the last page of the ordering process, the customer can correct the entries.§ 4 Correction of incorrect entries
§ 5 Shipping
We hand the goods over to a shipping company which delivers them “free curb” as defined in our General Terms and Conditions. The delivery times for the articles can be found in the article details pages. If “prepayment” is selected for payment type, we deliver only after receipt of payment; for all other payment types, delivery takes place directly after receipt of your order. A deadline by which the goods should be delivered is neither agreed between the parties nor legally mandated.§ 6 Payment; packaging and delivery charges
1. The customer has the choice of paying by PayPal or PayPal Express, Payment on account (PayPal Service), Purchase by instalments (PayPal Service ), Paydirekt, Amazon Pay, Instant bank transfer (“SOFORT-Überweisung”), Prepayment or Credit card. We accept VISA, Mastercard, and Diners Club as credit cards.
For payment by Credit card, at the end of the ordering process the customer provides his/her credit card number, the expiry date, and the three-figure verification number of his/her credit card. The invoiced amount is then charged to the corresponding account.
For the PayPal payment method, after concluding the ordering process the customer is transferred to the website of the payment service provider PayPal. If the customer already has a PayPal account, then he/she can log in there and make his/her payment; if the customer has no PayPal account, then he/she can create a PayPal account via the “Open PayPal Account” link by entering his/her data, and can then make the payment. Regarding the details, we refer to the agreement between the provider PayPal and the customer.
When the payment method PayPal Express is selected, the customer gets access to his PayPal account right when he starts using the shopping basket. Regarding the details, we refer to the agreement between the provider PayPal and the customer.
When the Payment on account (PayPal Service) payment method is selected, the payment is processed by the payment service provider PayPal; no PayPal account is required for this. The customer receives an invoice for the invoiced amount by e-mail. Within 30 days of ordering, the customer simply makes a transfer into the account specified in the invoice. This payment type is possible only within Germany, and only from a minimum order value of € 1.50 up to the amount of € 1,500.00. In addition, the date of birth of the person invoiced must be provided, and he/she must be of full age.
When the Purchase by instalments (PayPal Service) payment method is selected, the payment is processed by the payment service provider PayPal, a PayPal account is required for this. The shopping basket value (plus interest) is paid in 12 monthly instalments. This payment method is possible from a minimum order value of 199,- € up to an amount of 5.000,- €. Regarding the details, we refer to the agreement between the provider PayPal and the customer.
For the Instant Bank Transfer (“SOFORT-Überweisung”) payment method, after concluding the ordering process the customer is transferred to the website of the payment service provider. There, by entering the PIN and TAN numbers provided by his/her bank, the customer can make the transfer via online banking. This payment type is available to you only if you have a bank account in one of the following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Spain, Italy, United Kingdom.
For the Amazon Pay payment method, the customer obtains access to his/her Amazon account at the very start of the Shopping Basket. Regarding the details, we refer to the agreement between the payment service provider Amazon and the customer.
When the Paydirekt payment method is selected, the customer is forwarded to the page of the payment provider Paydirekt after completion of the ordering process. If the customer already has a Paydirekt account, he can log in there and process his payment; if the customer does not yet have a Paydirekt account, he can create a Paydirekt account by clicking on the link "Activate now and continue purchase", entering his data and making the payment. Regarding the details, we refer to the agreement between the payment service provider Paydirekt and the customer.

§ 7 Statutory liability for defects
We refer to the existence of a statutory liability for defects. In this regard, please also refer to § 5 and § 6 of our General Terms and Conditions.§ 8 Language and contract text
The language available for concluding the contract is German. After conclusion of the contract, we save the contract text, but this is not accessible to the customer. We request that, if you so wish, you save the text during the ordering process.
